If we come to discuss a topic about food basics and nutrition, there will be many different points to be referred to.

- If the movements are between one to two per day then it is not a problem, and it can be more if you eat more, but if the movements are between two to four per month, then you have a threatening problem.
Many people say that they do not have the sufficient time to examine themselves as they are out all the day.
Some people also prefer to use their special bathroom rather than the public one. If you are looking to be healthy and keep your colon safe, it is better to use the bathroom many times per day.
A very small trick for your colon to help you arrange the bowel movements is eating a lot of vegetables and has the meals which contain any digestive enzymes, this will be great.
